1. Our role

CreatorConnect sells promotional campaign services in its own name. A buyer purchases a campaign from CreatorConnect; CreatorConnect separately engages independent creators as its own suppliers to deliver that campaign.

There is no contract between a buyer and a creator. CreatorConnect is the counterparty to each of them, and each of them deals only with CreatorConnect.

CreatorConnect is not a talent agency, broker, employer, bank, money transmitter, escrow service, payment processor, or legal representative for either side unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. CreatorConnect does not hold, transmit, or safeguard money on behalf of any buyer or creator.

2. Campaign price and our own records

Campaigns are sold at a fixed price, payable in advance. Once a buyer pays that price, the money is CreatorConnect's own funds and the buyer's payment obligation is fully discharged. It is not held for the buyer, not held for any creator, and not earmarked to any particular creator or payment.

CreatorConnect keeps its own internal records of what it owes its creator suppliers. Those records are CreatorConnect's accounting of its own trade payables. They are not bank accounts, insured deposits, client money, stored value, or custodial wallets.

• CreatorConnect funds campaign delivery from its own resources. Its obligation to pay a creator arises from its supply agreement with that creator.
• A creator payable may move through states such as pending, available, paid, reversed, or failed based on campaign review, fraud checks, payout operations, disputes, or payout rail failures.
• CreatorConnect may delay, hold, adjust, reverse, or refuse release of a payable where payout details are invalid, fraud or manipulation is suspected, or a compliance issue needs review.
• Public campaign pages show a per-creator leaderboard, including each creator's campaign earnings to date, submission count, partly censored platform handle, and, unless the creator has turned it off, their public platform profile picture. That display is a record of campaign activity. It does not give any buyer or viewer an interest in, or a claim to, any individual creator's payable.

3. Commercial terms and campaign responsibility

Campaign price, CPM rates, deliverables, timing, usage rights, revisions, exclusivity, disclosure obligations, and final campaign scope are defined by the campaign and any separate written agreement with CreatorConnect.

• CreatorConnect is responsible for delivering the campaign it sold, but does not guarantee performance, virality, or commercial outcome.
• Any refund is a refund of CreatorConnect's own campaign price under its agreement with the buyer. Buyers have no claim to any amount CreatorConnect has paid or owes to a creator.
• If a dispute comes up about campaign scope, IP ownership, platform policy, non-performance, or off-platform promises, CreatorConnect may pause a payable or access while the issue is reviewed.

4. Buyer responsibilities

• Provide accurate briefs, campaign requirements, and usage expectations.
• Secure any music, brand, advertising, or platform rights needed for the campaign.
• Pay the agreed campaign price in advance.
• Use creator information only for legitimate campaign management and relationship operations.

5. Creator responsibilities

• Provide accurate profile details, social handles, rates, submission links, and communication.
• Submit original content or content the creator is authorized to use and deliver.
• Comply with platform rules, advertising disclosures, brand requirements, and applicable law.
• Maintain accurate payout details and only request payouts to destinations the creator controls.
• Handle the creator's own taxes, third-party permissions, and any obligations tied to the creator's campaign work.

6. Requesting a payout

A creator's earnings are held while a campaign's measurement window is open, and become an available payable once that window closes or the campaign otherwise finishes. Each campaign shows its measurement date, and each creator's dashboard shows what is available and what is still maturing. Once available, a creator may request payment of their available balance, and CreatorConnect reviews and pays it as a supplier payment from its own funds.

Requesting a payout sets that balance aside straight away, so the available balance shows as zero and the requested amount is fixed at the figure shown when the request was made. Anything earned after that builds a fresh balance. If a request is declined, the full amount returns to the available balance.

• A minimum available balance applies before a payout can be requested. The current minimum is shown in the creator dashboard.
• Only one payout request can be open at a time.
• Creators must be 18 or over, provide accurate payout and tax details, and pass CreatorConnect's checks before a first payout is released.
• Transfer, conversion, and receiving costs are deducted from the payout. CreatorConnect shows the destination currency and an estimate before a request is confirmed, and quotes the amount sent rather than the amount that lands, since receiving-side charges are outside its control.
• Where the expected cost of delivering a payout would be an unreasonable proportion of it, CreatorConnect may ask the creator to wait for a higher balance, choose another route, or confirm they accept the cost.
• Payout timing depends on the payment rail, provider availability, destination validity, and internal review.
• If a payout fails, is rejected, or is returned, CreatorConnect may return the amount to a non-paid state, retry it later, or request corrected payout details.

7. Manager partner allocations

CreatorConnect may invite selected creators or operators to act as manager partners who bring creators into campaigns and support those creators through the submission process.

• If a creator joins through a manager partner, CreatorConnect's records may show campaign allocation, manager partner allocation, and net creator payable as separate line items.
• Manager partner allocation is not earned from signup alone and is not guaranteed until the qualifying work has been approved and recorded in the ledger.
• Duplicate accounts, invalid accounts, signup spam, private campaign work, rejected posts, unpaid posts, and manipulated manager partner activity do not qualify.
• CreatorConnect may hold, reverse, refuse, or adjust manager partner allocation if campaign funding, review, fraud, payout, or compliance issues affect the underlying work.

8. Creator referrals

A creator who joins through another creator's referral link earns normally on every campaign. 20% of what they earn on public marketplace campaigns is paid to the creator who referred them, up to a lifetime cap per referred creator shown in the creator dashboard.

That 20% comes out of the referred creator's campaign earnings, not in addition to them, and appears on their balance as a separate “Referral share” line against each post. It is never taken from anyone else in the campaign, and it does not change the campaign's CPM rate. Referral amounts become available at the same time as the post that generated them, and are reversed if that post is later rejected.

• Referral amounts are paid in the same payout as the creator's other earnings, itemised, not as a separate withdrawal.
• Self-referral, reciprocal referral, duplicate accounts, and referrals of creators managed by a manager partner do not qualify.
• CreatorConnect may hold, reverse, refuse, or adjust a referral amount where the underlying post is rejected or where fraud, manipulation, or a compliance issue is suspected.

9. License to operate the service

You keep ownership of your underlying business information and content, but you give CreatorConnect a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, transmit, display, format, and back up campaign data, messages, briefs, and uploaded files to run the service, protect the platform, provide support, and maintain records.

10. Access, enforcement, and availability

We may suspend or remove access, invite links, files, or accounts that create security risk, misuse private workspace data, infringe rights, or break these terms.

CreatorConnect is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, campaign success, creator availability, payment processor uptime, or payout timing on any exact day.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms change as the service does. The version in force and the date it was published are shown at the top of this page, and the version recorded against your own account, with the date you accepted it, is shown in your account settings.

• Where an update materially changes what you owe, what you are owed, or what you have agreed to, we ask you to accept it before you carry on using your account.
• Where an update clarifies or corrects how the service already works, or otherwise does not affect those things, we publish it here with a new date and it applies from that date. Continuing to use CreatorConnect after it is published means you accept it.
• We do not record an acceptance you did not give. Your settings page shows the version you actually accepted and when, and that record is what we rely on.
